Motor Heat Dissipation
For efficient heat dissipation, we offer two distinct solutions. The first features a dual-shaft motor equipped with an integrated fan at the rear. As the motor operates, the fan circulates air, rapidly carrying away heat generated by the motor, ensuring stable performance and preventing overheating.
Our second option utilizes aluminum CNC-machined housings. The high thermal conductivity of aluminum, combined with the precision-engineered fin structures created through CNC machining, maximizes the surface area for heat transfer, enabling effective passive heat dissipation without additional moving parts.
Both solutions are fully customizable to meet your specific requirements, including size, performance parameters, and environmental needs, ensuring optimal motor operation across diverse applications.
